Mrs. Andrea Kilby has been in the education field for 22 years, all with CCPS. She has been an AP for the last 10 years, 6 years at FTB and prior to that, she was the AP at Pearl Sample Elementary.
Before becoming an administrator, Ms. Kilby taught English at Culpeper County High School for 7 years and EVHS, where she was the department chair and SIM Facilitator for 4 years. She started her career in CCPS as a long-term sub at CMS teaching Spanish and ESL. Mrs. Kilby is a graduate of Culpeper County High School. She earned her B.A. from Radford University and received her Master’s degree in Education Administration from Shenandoah University. She holds a Virginia license in the areas of English and PK-12 Administration and Supervision.
